THIS OUTLINE EXPLAINS HOW TO REARRANGE OUTLINE ELEMENTS
ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN CREATED.
A. Below we have a sample outline which we will rearrange. Whenever
anything in an outline is moved, its children always go along with
it. For example, if we moved this outline element to the end of the
outline, all of its children would go along with it.
1. USING THE CONTROL-M MOVE KEY. Position the cursor in this outline
element and press ^M. Then use the arrow keys to reposition this
outline element. Press the RET or ESC key when it is in its new
position.
2. USING SINGLE PROMOTE AND INDENT KEYS. Position the cursor in this
outline element and press F6. This will INDENT this element to be a
child of the one above it. Without moving the cursor, press F5.
dThis will PROMOTE this element (the opposite of INDENT).
